Council docs on public exhibit

Two significant documents which will guide the workings of the Goulburn Mulwaree Council are now on public exhibition at the council chambers.

There has been a review of the Section 64 Development Servicing Plans into three documents.

These detail the water, sewerage and stormwater developer charges which are levied on developments.

The second document is the draft Heritage Study which encompasses the many folios which council has used so far.

Submissions on both documents to Goulburn Mulwaree council close on August 11th.

Chamber Clara Connection

The Goulburn Chamber of Commerce is one of the first organisations to be asked to support a revamped understanding of the big city/fast train concept.

Consolidated Land and Rail Australia stakeholder manager, Geoff Kettle this week presented the Memorandum of Understanding to chamber members.

Mr Kettle says the distinction between new and old concepts is the inclusion of regionalised cities between Sydney and Melbourne.
